ClearTVM Privacy Policy

Data collection

ClearTVM has no account system, analytics, ads, tracking, or third-party SDKs. The developer does not receive your financial inputs, saved calculations, exported reports, device identifiers, or usage history.

Local calculation data

Inputs, evidence snapshots, saved scenarios, display settings, and amortization schedules are processed and stored locally on your device. Deleting a saved calculation removes it from the app. Uninstalling ClearTVM removes its local data, subject to your normal iOS device-backup settings.

Exports and sharing

ClearTVM creates text summaries and PDF reports only when you request them. The iOS share sheet lets you choose where a report goes. ClearTVM does not upload or transmit the report itself.

Purchases

The optional ClearTVM Unlimited purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles your Apple ID and payment information. The developer receives no payment-card or Apple ID details. Restoring a purchase also communicates with Apple.

Network access

ClearTVM makes no network requests of its own. It does not connect to banks, lenders, market-data providers, advertising networks, analytics services, or an external server. StoreKit communicates with Apple for product information, purchases, entitlement checks, and restoration.

Children

ClearTVM does not collect data from anyone, including children.

ClearTVM provides education and calculation support. It does not provide financial, lending, tax, legal, or investment advice and does not replace a qualified professional.

Changes

If a future version changes these practices, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version is released.
